The second medical, dental and laboratory technology entrepreneurship event will be held with the support of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter

According to the information center of national elites foundation, development of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in medical, dental and laboratory equipment is the purpose of the second innovation event in these industries. The event will lead to the recognition of new and capable businesses in the industry and will provide facilitations in this regard.

The second medical technology entrepreneurship event will be held with the support of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter and in cooperation with the vice-chancellor for education and research of the medical system of the country, Sakoo Accelerator, and Cooperative and Welfare Fund of Medical System Organization.

The goal of this technological event is developing the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship with an emphasis on medical, dental and laboratory equipment that will be held on March 5^th, 2020 at Sharif University of Technology. 

Mohammad Hossein Rabiei, the scientific and executive secretary of the event pointed out that all new and capable businesses can participate in the event, stating: the applicants can present their prototype or business ideas until February 20^th, 2020.

The ideas are in various groups of wearable gadgets, cosmetic equipment, home care equipment, self-care equipment, disposable equipment, supplies and materials with monitoring axes, patient pain control and alleviation, healthcare, as well as fertility and the elderly.

Mentioning that the special Sakoo Accelerator is responsible for holding the event, Rabiei added: the accelerator has provided facilities so that teams would receive free and virtual business counseling services after registration.

In case of achieving the necessary scores and being selected as the top team, the participants can benefit from cash prizes, and financial and spiritual support.
