The vice president for science and technology affairs visited the Alamut Powder Technology Co., which has opened the first production line of alloy powders in Alvand Industrial Town. The project is supported by the photonics, laser, and advanced materials and construction technologies development headquarter. 

According to the information center of national elites foundation, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, traveled to Qazvin Province to visit Alamut Powder Technology Factory.

This industrial unit has opened a production line for alloy powders with the support of the photonics, laser, and advanced materials and construction technologies development headquarter. This line has the ability to produce "non-ferrous high temperature" powders.

Due to the wide and diverse application of the products of this line in different industries of the country, its launch will create significant added value.

Various industries, such as the automotive industry, need alloy powders to make some of their components. Making alloy powders requires some additives imported from abroad. For this reason, the production of some parts in industries such as automobiles has faced challenges.

Alloy powder production plan, which is an important project in the country's industries, is supported by the photonics, laser, and advanced materials and construction technologies development headquarter.

The project is in the pilot production phase to enter the market and will reach mass production with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs.
