Two articles of the head of the Royan Biotechnology Research Institute evaluated the effect of using branched-chain amino acids along with aerobic exercise on the quality of sperm and testosterone secretion and the effect of adhering to low-fat and high-fat diets along with aerobic exercise on testicular tissue and sperm characteristics in obese and non-obese laboratory animals.
