According to the information center of national elites foundation, During the ceremony, he mentioned: the main challenge in recent years is the issue of economy and livelihood, and employment is one of the most important problems in this area at present, which can be solved with the help of pioneering and active private sector companies through social, technical and work responsibility in this area.
Karami added: universities nurture human resources in society, which should be used properly in private sector technology companies and organizations. However, there is a weakness in universities, and that is that the necessary skills along with academic training to enter society and the labor market to Students are not given time to study, but there are successful people who acquire the necessary skills while studying.
This member of the policy council of the specialized competition of technologists mentioned: in this regard, the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs has aimed to solve the problem by creating the innovation and technology ecosystem and supporting different knowledge-based and startup projects. Therefore, accelerators and innovation centers, along with universities, started their work as auxiliary arms in this field to prepare students of various fields to enter the labor market.
The secretary of the headquarters for culture knowledge-based economy mentioned the support of private platforms in the society, such as Fanavard Complex, in specialized competitions.
According to Karami, the Vice-Presidency supports the companies of the private sector in this field. The events held in this regard include Shahid Ahmadi Roshan and Shahid Babaei projects.
In these projects, the issues and needs of the industry and large state-owned companies are taken and presented to students of different levels, and they solve these problems by being in the created environment to improve their skills during the course of the industry.
According to the report, the recruitment system of the private sector has relied on five years of experience to evaluate the skills of more than 100 thousand people in cooperation with Sharif University of Technology, science and technology parks, and private sector complexes. In addition, the first smart recruitment center has been established in the private sector by assessing more than 1500 industrial, commercial and knowledge-based companies.
Registration in the fourth round of recruitment test of the private sector will continue to July 24th, 2020.
