Pointing out the importance of forming the entrepreneurship ecosystem, Saadat stated: knowledge-based economy is only realized after the formation of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, the coordination meeting of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan project was held in the presence of the vice president for the national elites foundation, head of the science and technology park of the province, head of research studies on the Urmia Lake, head of elites foundations of East Azerbaijan and West Azerbaijan provinces, and a number of professors of universities in the two provinces.

In the meeting, Mahmoud Saadat Foumani, the vice president for the national elites foundation, presented a summary of policies and activities of the foundation and described the concepts of top talent, SarAmad, and elite from the perspective of the strategic document of the country in elites’ affairs, explaining the criteria for selecting the prominent professors.

Mentioning the importance of creating a suitable regional ecosystem to reach the knowledge-based economy, Sattari added: the most important element of this ecosystem is the trained human resources. Therefore, Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project is held in line with training experts from top talents with the help of prominent professors.

In the end, Saadat talked about the education and empowering of students in the form of solving a real problem, training pupils, guiding and directing elite activities toward the required fields of the country and increasing the spirit of self-belief, introducing them as the main goals of the project. In this respect, he marked: the results of the evaluation of the previous three periods indicate the high success of the project in empowering and attracting more qualified and talented professors, with over 90% of peer mentors in the previous period also expressing a willingness to continue collaborating in this course.
