In this regard, according to the strategic document on elite affairs, developing survey mechanisms (assessing the compatibility of activities to the macro policies and goals) and crediting (determining and announcing evaluation results and presenting suitable incentives) of active organizations in the field, such as public and private units and institutions are among the important duties of the national elites foundation.

Therefore, “"designing an accreditation model for organizations active in the elite system” and “developing accreditation mechanisms for organizations active in the elite system” are the titles of two research projects ordered in the field.

In addition, requesting a statistical-visual analysis proposal for shahab design data is another title of work required, which is significantly important considering that Shahab design (identification and guiding student talents) has been carried out for more than five years.

In addition, requesting for template validation of talent identification events and requesting a proposal to identify the ecosystem and guide and empower talents in Tehran Province in line with the policy-making and planning to identify and nurture talents, which is one of the most important responsibilities of the national elites foundation, is another topic emphasized in this regard.

In addition to the mentioned topics, given the necessity of assessing strengths and weaknesses of previous experiences, asking for providing experiences of units and activities to recognize and nurture top talents in the country is included as well.
