Pointing out the measures of the strategic document of the country on elite affairs, Alasti stated: all activities and measures of the elite system are carried out so that elites could have an impact on the society.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, Aria Alasti, the head of the department of culture and elites affairs, mentioned the necessity of implementing the strategic document of the country on elites affairs, expressing: this document is an instruction for all players in the field of elite affairs.

He added: the main issue for shifting views toward elites is developing the effectiveness of elites. In other words, all measures are taken to achieve this goal.

In the end, Alasti pointed out the necessity of centrality of strategic document approaches on elite affairs in designing and implementing guidance and reinforcement programs for elites, adding: if all the activities of the elite system did not end up affecting the elites in the professional community, it could be argued that these activities were virtually ineffective.

The event was held in Bu-Ali Sina University in the presence of the deputy of human resources and management of the governorate of Hamedan, heads and deputies of universities of the province, science council members of the elites foundation of the province and a number of faculty members of universities of the province.
