A memorandum of understanding was signed between the elites foundation of Alborz Province and Jam-e Jam Newspaper of Alborz to introduce and model elites of the province.

According to the information center of national elites foundation, given the emphasis of the proper use of the elite capacity and the necessity of a revolutionary movement to eliminate barriers to knowledge production and software leap by the Supreme Leader, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the elites foundation of Alborz Province and Jam-e Jam Newspaper of Alborz.

In this memorandum, which was signed with the aim of institutionalizing the elite culture, the parties are cooperating to plan for the identification of the talented, prominent and indigenous elites of Alborz province based on the criteria approved by the National Elite Foundation.

Introducing and modeling the elite and prominent leaders of the province for the strata of society, especially the younger and more talented generation at the provincial and national levels, is another issue included in this memorandum.
