According to the information center of national elites foundation, Reza Asadifard, the manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network, talked about the necessity of optimal application of domestic laboratory equipment, affirming: proper use of existing laboratory equipment is very important, as most equipment purchased is not used properly and in sufficient quantities.
He continued: maintenance of equipment and incentives in laboratories to make better use of them are other network applications.
Adasifard pointed out the necessity of standardization of laboratory equipment services, expressing: service standardization leads to more reliable research and test results. In this regard, the network provides the necessary laboratory and consulting services to member laboratories to obtain laboratory standards.
He added that improving the technical expertise of the laboratory experts, sharing experiences, helping to complement the capabilities of laboratories and member centers to meet the country's needs are other goals of the network.
The manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network of Iran explained the method of evaluation of laboratories for support allocation, stating: receiving the services provided by the laboratories, periodically evaluating them annually and rating their performance, ratings of these centers, and providing various support to the centers based on the results of the evaluation, are some of the strategies considered to evaluate the performance of these centers.
