As the largest ecosystem of knowledge-based and startup activists, Pardis Technology Park has announced a call for accepting and assigning land on the third phase of the process.
According to the information center of national elites foundation, A call is made by Pardis Technology Park as one of the phases of developing the Pardis Innovation Zone to accept and assign lands on the third phase of the process. Applicants can register for the process during January 26th-February 24th, 2020.
According to the call, the inclusion criteria are units with high-tech products that have high value-added and specialist-powered products and do not have bulk and bulk production, industry R&D units, whose production takes place outside of the park, and specialized laboratories, workshops and web labs that provide high-tech services.
Larger industrial and investment holdings can also set up their own specialized camps based on park regulations.
Prioritized Areas of Corporate Acceptance
The prioritized activities in the call include advanced medical equipment, information and communication technology, electronics, control and instrumentation, and advanced laboratory and workshop services.
According to the call, land area of transferable land and payment terms included only 35 segments in Entrepreneurship Pardis (Phase 3). The minimum assignable area is 550 m2 and the maximum is 2500 m2. If required, companies will be able to receive the segments up to a maximum of 5,000 m2, and the price of the segments will be different based on factors such as availability, situation and size.
The construction of this phase was started in August 2019 in an area of 21 hectares entitled “entrepreneurship Pardis”.
